Working at Hill Laboratories
Hill Laboratories employs over 450 staff in New Zealand. As a company, we are firmly committed to developing our people, and fully support staff in gaining varied technical experiences throughout the company.
At Hill Laboratories, there are many different career pathways to choose from. Each offers an exciting, challenging, rewarding, team-oriented environment from which to grow your skills, knowledge and career.
Operationally, our business is structured into four sections: Agriculture, Environmental, Food and Microbiology. Within each of these sections is where samples are processed by our laboratory and instrument technicians. These teams are assisted by sample reception, dispatch, operational support, quality and analytical technology teams, and overseen by team leaders and section managers.
Our commercial team is split by function. We have a client services and key accounts team overseen by market sector managers, and in-house administration, finance, human resources and marketing teams.
