Q1) What address do we send samples to?

28 Duke Street

Q2) Can I still use my pre-printed courier tickets with old addresses?

Yes. Anything addressed to Clyde St or Innovation Park will be automatically redirected via external and internal couriers until the end of 2017. Samples will get to Duke St, even if addressed to our old sites.

Q3) If I am dropping off a sample in person, where do I go?

Sample drop off is at the back of the building. Access is via the driveway at 221a Ellis Street. Follow the signs and drive into Bay 1. Sample drop off operates like a drive through.

Q4) I am visiting someone at the new lab, where do I go?

Visitors should report to the main reception at 28 Duke St. Visitor car parks are directly outside this entrance.
