New GM - Sales and Marketing

In early August, we were thrilled to welcome Megan Smith into our Executive team as our new GM - Sales and Marketing. Before this, Megan had been part of the Agrifeeds' Lead team (Fonterra/Wilmar Gavilon) as their Marketing Manager.
With a career in sales and marketing and a passion for growth and innovation, Megan will have a positive impact on our business and those of our customers. Megan embraces the value of customer-centricity and regular customer engagement, and we look forward to many of our customers getting to know Megan and working with her on win-win initiatives.
Megan also shares our company values in the way we conduct ourselves, so she will be comfortable doing things the 'Hills way'. We take seriously the trust that our customers place in us, so Megan will be as focused as the rest of the team on ensuring we deliver high-quality outcomes.
When she's not working, Megan enjoys literature, film, sport and comedy. Passionate about the Waikato, Megan and her husband are raising three teenage boys, a labradoodle and a dachshund.
