Changes To Our Board

It is with sadness that we advise of the resignation of Peter Rogers from our Board of Directors. Peter (pictured left) has been involved with our company for seventeen years, initially as a business advisor, and then as an independent director. His contribution is very much appreciated, especially by co-founder, Roger Hill, who valued Peter’s wise counsel and advice. We wish Peter all the best for the future.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tony Egan to our Board. Tony (pictured right) is the Managing Director of Greenlea Premier Meats, another family-owned and operated business in Hamilton, and has also been the CEO of AFFCO and AsureQuality. He is also a director of the Dairy Goat Co-operative and has recently retired as the chairman of the Agmardt Trust. We know Tony’s expertise and experience will be of great value to our company as we move forward in a constantly changing environment.
