National Agricultural Fieldays 2012
Hill Laboratories will have a significant presence at the National Agricultural Fieldays for 2012 at Mystery Creek, Hamilton. This year Hills will be based in the Premier Feature area (indoors) at site PFA. In this 30 minute video taken from the summer lecture series learn more about the benefits of Rapid DNA Scorpions PCR testing for your winery. Richard De Scenzo from ETS California travels to Blenheim to take us through the added value of testing wine using Rapid DNA, how this testing is a very powerful new tool that can be used on conjunction with trdaitional micro to better understand fermentation’s and to control the presence of covert and overt spoilage organisms in wine.
Kirsten Creasy an Introduction to Vine to Vintage wine testing
This 30 minute video is also taken from the summer lecture series. It provides a good overview of the new testing service specially designed by Hill laboratories and ETS for wine makers in New Zealand. The video covers an overview of Vine to Vintage, how to send in samples, where to get more information and also provides the viewer with some real life examples of the sort of results generated.
