Testing of processed foods and condiments for residues for compliance or for labeling purposes
We regularly test Herbs, Spices and Condiments for pesticide contamination, heavy metals and for true nutritional content. Our laboratory is IANZ accredited to perform this work and we regularly review and develop methods to meet new requirements in this area.
Processed foods and condiments are tested for compliance to maximum residue levels (MRLs). Testing for nutritional panel is carried out for compliance to labelling.
The main types of test that we provide on sample types are as follows:
