Testing fruit & vegetables for residues or nutritional information

Our laboratories can test for a wide range of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables like Apples, Pears, Lemons, Onions, Kiwifruit, Potatoes to name a few.  We use GC and LCMS instrumentation primarily to detect the presence of residue compounds.  Search from the list below for the main compounds that can be detected in fruit and vegetables or call one of our client service managers to talk to you about your testing needs.

About this Testing

Testing for residues in foods provides evidence that maximum residue limits (MRL’s) are not exceeded. This is critical to meet requirements for the importing or exporting of foods.

Nutritional testing may be required to complete food labelling requirements or may be used to market nutritional value of foods.
