Wine Allergen testing – now available at Hill Laboratories!
We are very pleased to announce we now have the capability to test for egg and milk residues in your wines. The test will fulfill the recently amended OIV regulations for quantifying any potential allergens in wine and food processing.
We are able to test for the allergens from the same bottle when testing for EU or other Export certificates. Or, if you have certified wines waiting to be exported we can test them retrospectively.
For our Blenheim customers, please drop your samples at our Blenheim lab (Cawthron lab until close of business, 27th July 2012) at Grovetown Park. For Canterbury and all other customers, please use our Christchurch site at 101C Waterloo Rd, Hornby.
Our current turn around time will be 5 days which matches the Export Certification requirements. The price will be $95 / sample and the results will be reported in mg/L as per the OIV regulations.
