At Romeo Bragato we presented our intention to launch a world class wine laboratory based in Christchurch.
Vine to Vintage will be a programme of testing developed in partnership with ETS laboratories providing unrivalled speed of analysis and accuracy of results, through expertise and the use of cutting edge technologies. Testing will include a wide range of chemical and microbiological testing to assist wine makers through the wine production process from the growing of grapes through to the bottling of wine.
