Introducing Hayley McConnell

Hayley McConnell has recently joined Hill Laboratories in the role of Corporate Services Manager

Her long career in the health sector (including time as the manager of Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, and then a developing private hospital in Rotorua) has exposed her to all of the key shared service functions that we need from her to lead this important part our business.
Hill Laboratories now employs over 260 staff, spread across both islands of NZ and also in Tokyo, Japan.
Human resource leadership is a key function of Hayley's role alongside Health and Safety; purchasing; administration; and facilities management.

Hayley has fitted in fantastically well in her first weeks at Hill Laboratories, and we are really looking forward to the changes she will lead across our company.
